Dowling Hales acted as exclusive financial advisor to CB Financial Services, Inc., the holding Company of Community Bank, in its sale of Exchange Underwriters to World Insurance Associates Headquartered in Washington, Pennsylvania, Exchange Underwriters, Inc. (“Exchange Underwriters” or the “Company”) was founded in 1952 and is a full-service retail insurance agency offering commercial and personal P&C insurance products with specialty expertise in national franchise accounts. The Company will continue to be led by Richard Boyer (President), Bill Cunningham (Chief Operating Officer), Ed Powell (Executive Vice President) and Debbie Crawford (Operations Manager) and will continue to operate out of its existing headquarters serving the communities of the tri-state area encompassing Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
