(“CRC”) Continental, based in Covington, Louisiana, is a leading provider of primary and excess marine insurance for hull and maritime liability coverages for vessel owners, ship builders, terminal operators, fleet operators, stevedores, inland marine and first party cargo, marine contractors and a variety of other maritime insurance products. The Company operates with three businesses: an MGU, a retail brokerage and a claims services arm. Continental also has offices in New Orleans, New York, Houston, Chicago, Knoxville and Seattle. Continental will significantly expand CRC’s marine specialty expertise and capabilities.
