Dowling Hales acted as exclusive financial advisor to the agencies of Georgia Agency Partners (“GAP”) in their sale of National Program Brokerage, LLC (“NPB”) to Johnson & Johnson, Inc. (“J&J”) NPB, based in Alpharetta, Georgia, is a commercial lines insurance wholesaler that specializes in environmental risks as well as other commercial coverages. GAP, which was founded in 1995, is a partnership of independent insurance agencies working together to pool knowledge and resources to provide insureds with the most comprehensive coverages possible. NPB’s employees are joining J&J and will continue to operate out of their Alpharetta office.
